Great Wi-Fi and laundry facilities, but parking can be a hassle with kids.

The deluxe double room layout impressed me with a separated sink, shower, and tub. Plenty of electrical outlets made it convenient for my devices. The lighting was great, a feature lacking in many hotels. The location near Kankodori was perfect. I easily got streetcar passes nearby and didn't have to return to the JR Station. The hotel lobby had excellent amenities, including toiletries and even lavender bath salts. However, the English proficiency of the staff could be better. I had some difficulty communicating specific requests, though they were nice. Overall, my stay was enjoyable with some minor communication hitches.
